Progress on 0.0.04

working on 0.0.04 rn! hoping to add a few more licenses + player gear

Plans:

• POSSIBLE BALANCE PATCH- SAIS-Norton: Making it (slightly) less of a shitpost, focusing more on the historical figure instead of dunking on the antivirus program of the same name
• NEW- SAIS-Caesar: High mobility melee striker, playing on rotation ciphers and stabbing
• NEW- SAIS-Lovelace: Artillery/controller, calculating difference between reality and parallel simulation
• NEW- SAIS-Turing: A single-target controller/defender, playing on the Turing Test and protecting the team from a high-priority target
• EVENTUALLY- Core Bonuses! Still thinking about them, but I definitely want to play around with Lock-On more since it's a bit hard to get as a secondary bonus from anything...
• EVENTUALLY- More Pilot gear! Thorns armor, hacking tech, and a few funny borderline-NHP shenanigans
