TURING AND VAMPYR ARE FEATURE-COMPLETE
(they still need balance passes and to check for bugs BUT WE'LL HANDLE THAT LATER)

Norton twins and Caesar are also done, but I'm bad at math so they miiiiiiight need some tweaks (problem for future!Tired tho)
