- Reworked [PC-TE] to be negative damage instead of healing
- Should now trigger "on-damage" effects by technicality (the best way to win)

- fun fact: I actually did copy-paste the string during development, forgot to change it before packing the release, whoopsies lol
- [Strawman]: nerfed its default charges- now 2, down from 3
- Vampyr [Silvered Lens] trait rewording
- [GALVORN Projected Shield] now has proper capitalization in its equipment effects field
- how long was that there????? GALVORN was like one of the first things I made?? why did nobody tell me?
- Looked over all pilot gear text formatting, updated to parity with mech gear
- wtf is cc3 doing with strawman deployment cost??? (hopefully fixed??)
